    Hi Anne and Richard,
Great to see Richard this week and catch up on sailing adventures.
Hope you get away as planned and have a wonderful time – we’ll be chasing you (one day!).
Fair winds and fine seas, let Harvard sail, enjoy the breeze.

    Hi adventurers,
Thank you for our Christmas card but I don’t have your newish address……can you send please?
Sadly in the most landlocked county I am guessing a trip by boat is unlikely but it would be lovely to see you by some means soon.
    Love,

    Richard and Anne,

Back on home ground tonight I see. Enjoy Itchenor and have a good sail on the final leg past Portsmouth and home amongst the bank holiday crowds. Will feel very different to the much less crowded Scottish and East Coast waters you’ve been sailing in until now I expect.

Congrats anyway on having achieved your Round Britain by sail adventure and well done also on keeping the blog going as I’m sure we’ve (that’s all your various friends) have enjoyed reading of your travels.

Looking forward also to welcoming you back to the East Coast in a couple of weeks time – but by car with your journey completed rather than with a couple of hundred miles still left to do.

    Ian
